About us

Närhälsan Kungshamn rehabilitation clinic is centrally located in Kungshamn, which is situated in Sotenäs municipality right by the sea, and there is also proximity to beautiful nature with many good places for activities such as climbing.

Here, 8 dedicated physiotherapists and occupational therapists work, and the clinic is closely connected to Närhälsan's health center with which we have a close collaboration. It is important for us that everyone in the workgroup feels included and that we help each other with our common mission. We care for each other and have an open climate in the workgroup.

About the job

Your tasks include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing aids. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is established.

The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Some work can be performed remotely. Treatment of patients occurs both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the operations in an ongoing improvement process.

About you

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated applicants.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the goals of the operation. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent. For you, it is natural to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in your work. About the recruitment process

The selection process consists of two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
